George Casillas | Executive Director

George Casillas stands as Treston Security Services’ Executive Director with over 25 years in security, military, and law enforcement. George is responsible for developing community partnerships to increase the company’s recruitment pool for officers and other employees. He oversees essential processes that keep the company running smoothly through managing payroll and scheduling systems, as well as creating budgets and implementing fiscal controls to provide more cost-effective solutions for the company’s clients. George provides invaluable support and oversight to payroll, scheduling, and recruiting, which stands as Treston’s biggest driver.

George’s qualifications are vast and well-rounded. George was formerly a tactical instructor for over 3000 veterans over the course of his time in multiple different organizations, and has managerial experience with more than 450 employees supporting large-scale events and security operations. These include Emmys, Comic-Con, Coachella, and many other large-scale security operations. George is Wicklander certified and an award-winning Loss Prevention instructor.
